All guests occupying a cabin are bound by the terms and conditions of the rental agreement. Cabins may only be occupied by the number of guests established when room was booked (e.g. If a room is booked and said to have 4 occupants, 5 guests may not stay in the room).
2. Rental Period
Guests will be charged for entire time booked even if room is unoccupied (e.g. if Monday thru Friday is booked but guest arrives on Tuesday and/or leaves Thursday, no refund will be given.)
Guest may check in after 4pm on the day of the first night booked and must be checked out by 10am the day after the last night booked unless other arrangements are made. Absolutely NO EARLY ARRIVALS, CHECK-INS OR LATE CHECK-OUTS.
3. Payment and Deposit
At least 25% of total cost is required as a nonrefundable deposit when booking a cabin in order to hold the cabin.
Full, nonrefundable payment for cabin is required before first night of stay.
Guest will be held responsible for any damage to the unit during stay and a bill will be levied to pay for the cost of damages.
Guest will be responsible for notifying management if there is damage, unsafe conditions, or any defect in unit upon arrival.
5. General Conditions
Guests shall keep the property in a state of cleanliness and in good condition throughout stay. Guest are allowed to rearrange furniture during stay, but must be placed back into original position upon checkout. Couch, Mattresses, Appliances, and TVs may not be moved outside of the unit.
Guests shall leave the property in good repair, reasonably cleaned, dishes washed, beds stripped, and all garbage in sealed garbage bag. Cleaning fee of $150 will be assessed if unreasonable cleaning is required; this will be solely determined by management.
Hawks Landing Resort will never share personal information with an outside party for any reason.
